These terms apply to all bookings with Lvl Up Basketball Academy Pty Ltd (ABN 33 679 727 738) ("Lvl Up", "we", "us"). By making a booking you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the athlete you are booking for.

1. Bookings

  • Bookings are made by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. One booking covers one athlete.
  • Term programs are paid upfront in a single payment. If you join after a term has started, you only pay for the sessions remaining from your booking date.
  • A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Each session has a maximum number of athletes. Once a session is full it cannot be booked.
  • Promo codes are issued at our discretion, apply to new bookings only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Free trials

Selected programs offer one free trial session per athlete. Trials are subject to availability.

3. Sessions, times and venues

  • We may need to change a session time, coach or venue. We will let you know as early as possible.
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session. Parents and guardians are responsible for athletes before and after the scheduled session time.

4. Health, injury and safety

  • You must tell us about any current or previous injuries or medical conditions that may affect the athlete's participation, and keep this information up to date.
  • Basketball and strength training are physical activities that carry a risk of injury. Our coaches take care to run safe, well-supervised sessions, and athletes must follow coach instructions at all times.
  • In an emergency, we will contact the emergency contact you provide and may arrange first aid or medical assistance.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Lvl Up is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence.

5. Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour towards coaches, athletes, parents and venues. We may remove an athlete from a session or program for unsafe or disrespectful behaviour after discussing it with the parent or guardian.

6. Photos and video

With your consent (given at booking), we may take photos or video during sessions for promotional use. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing admin@lvlupbasketball.com.

7. Communications

We will email you about your bookings, reminders and important updates. Marketing emails are only sent with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
